[Sca-cooks] re-introduction of sorts

I find that an interesting idea....However unless court were to be held somewhere else you are going to have a seating problem for court and people wishing to be at court that are not partaking of the feast.You may also have the problem of people not wanting to get up and move to a different location for a court and then have to go back to finish eating.Also most courts have a tendancy to take longer than an hour.
