[Sca-cooks] Bread Recipet with spelt flour

Why do you need a special recipe for spelt bread?  Spelt is a high gluten 
wheat that mills a little more coarsely than club wheat.  You can use it as 
the wheat flour in any bread recipe.  I would recommend trying it in a 
simple recipe of flour, water, salt and yeast to start.

I started to look through the archive for recipe for bread with spelt flour 
and quit after 2 months. Does any one have one or more recipe that they will 
share?
