[Sca-cooks] Bread Recipet with spelt flour

First, welcome to the SCA-cooks list!

Secondly, doing a search on the Florilegium, I find that the following 
bread files have recipes which specifically call for spelt flour, 
although I don't believe these are going to among the few, actual 
period bread recipes which currently exist. They will however, be in a 
period style.
