This sounds unlike any pumpkin pie I've ever had. What kind of cheese  
is neufchatel cheese? Is that a fresh cheese like real cream cheese  
or a fresh cheese?

Recipe please? Does that bottom layer of walnuts/butter/brown sugar  
take the place of the crust? Or does it go on top of the crust?
