I found that stuff like cookies, cupcakes, etc., move best...put cookies 
in baggies and sell them per baggie.  I've had great luck with 
shortbread...my recipe is sooooo simple...1 part sugar to 2 parts butter 
to 4 parts flour.  Cream butter, mix in sugar, followed by flour. They 
can be pressed into a jelly roll pan, cut into rectangular pieces, then 
pierced with a fork.  Bake at 350 for about 12 - 15 minutes, until 
lightly brown.  The last few times I've made them, I've added in chopped 
candied ginger after the flour.  They can also be cut into cookie 
shapes, have designs pressed into the top, etc.  They usually go like 
hot cakes!
