[Sca-cooks] Menu Challenge!!!!!!!!

So between planning a feast for Nov 12, and learning that my job is moving 5
states away, with a 22% paycut, in a year, life has been hetic, to say the
least.

But reading this today made me laugh. Usually the answer is no. Don't 
keep that
much food in the house.

But since I'm cooking a middle eastern feast in 2 weeks, I have 20 lbs 
of ground
beef, 25 lbs of chicken, 15 pounds of rice, etc etc etc etc.

So I can definitely feed people for a week. Or a month. Or me for 3 months.

Would this be cheating....
