I just made my first batch of this treat... it came out wonderfuly <BIG 
grin>.  I used butter and fresh bread crumbs, they were exactly the right 
consistency, I guess.  I'm hooked!! <grin>  I'm taking a couple of them to 
my Shire meeting tonight, just to show off <sheepish grin>.  To spiff up the 
presentation, I put them in those little miniature foil and paper cups.  I 
made the batch to take some to our upcoming Midrealm RUM (university 
session) on Saturday, where our Queen will be in attendance.  I'd wanted to 
do the entire lunch table for her, but got nixed by the Royalty Liaison of 
the event... she said they didn't have a budget for it <sigh>.  Anyway, I 
thought I'd just bring a few goodies anyway.
