[Sca-cooks] Report on Thanksgiving experiments...OP

I did my first Tarducken.  It was wonderful.  It did not take as long as I 
feared it would to debone the birds, but, it did take longer than I thought 
it would to stuff and sew up the birds.

We have a friend who is glucose intolerant so all breads and thickenings 
were glucose free.  You know...glucose free bread, or rice bread, does not 
toast well.  Just an observation.
