[Sca-cooks] Sumac recipes request

Does anyone know of any period recipes containing sumac other than 'Maqluba' (meat and walnut patties) from al-Baghdadi and 'Adas' (lentils and taro) from Ibn al-Mabrad? 
 
In particular I thought there was a cordial recipe somewhere but I can't find it at all. [headdesks in frustration] MTIA,
