Thanks. But I'm confused. Are you Aurelia? Or Gustatio? Or is the
latter not a name? Or is one for your Roman reenactment group and
Aurelia is your SCA name?
Can you post the original recipes (in English!) or at least tell us
where they are from? For instance, why do you think the "beets" in
the following recipe are the beet roots, rather than the beet leaves?
We've had some inconclusive discussions on whether both or period or
not.
Also, since you are in Bryn Gwlad, where did you find the "Sweet
raisin wine"? I think I might like to try this, but I'm not sure
where to find it. Maybe Central Market has it?
