This spread made with canned salmon is one of the best I've ever tried.  
IIRC, Dame Hauviette and I made this for a wedding reception about a 
year ago.  I think that, when I tried it for a recent party, I used that 
salmon that comes in a wet pack, like the Starkist Tuna...YUMMMM.....

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can pink salmon (213 gram )
2 Tbsp. minced red onion
1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. liquid smoke.

Mix all together and chill.
