[Sca-cooks] Thanksgiving Turducken

My son wanted to make this for Thanksgiving last year...so we did.  It was 
...educational.  We both boned a small bird and I did the turkey.  We basically 
used the instructions from the Prudhomme website, but I didn't use the more 
exotic stuffings.  I do have a series of digital pictures of the 
"assembly"...and it tasted pretty good.  It took forever to cook!!  I think I'd pass on 
trying it again, though.
