boar, otter, beaver, hare, honey, wheat (emmer), oats, barley, sea kale, sea 
holly, hogweed, bracken, asparagus, chestnuts, pine nuts, beech nuts, 
acorns, wild garlic, wild cabbage, sea spinach, chard, mallow, fat hen, 
purslane, nettle, lily bulbs to name a few.
