[Sca-cooks] Dormouse was Boar Meat

It was about 15 years ago, but we did a variant on that recipe and used 
rabbit (frozen) for the dormouse. We also used rabbit to do a dormouse 
pie. I have also had a version of the Aspicius recipe done with quail.
