[Sca-cooks] Finalized Menu For Norman Sicily

I had brunch today with the Autocrat for this event, and was soundly chided
for having missed the feast.  Having skimmed the menu and notes, I am
kicking myself.  Ah well, as my dear husband would say, I did the right
thing this weekend.  Dangit.
