Food for 50 gets used as a textbook so
it's one of those titles that can be picked up used.
(Check textbook stores if in college towns, especially
those with Food Science/home ec depts.)
New edition is USD 75-85 here with used copies coming
in at 21 and up.
It's one of my personal favorites too.
