Looks like I'll have to try and go through someone with US contacts for this 
one. The best deal I can get here is EUR 48.99 for the 1984 edition, and the 
latest one retails for EUR 65-80 new (and some optimist wants EUR 100 for a 
used copy)

I'll give it a try
