The reason i ask is that the Minister of the Wooden Spoon - our
Kingdom level cooking competitions - i'm Silver Spoon, just the
Principality level (equal in importance, i guess, to the Barony level
in some other kingdoms) - is planning the 6 competitions for next
year (3 Crown Tourneys, 3 Coronations) and she liked the idea of
having each competition relate to a particular kitchen specialty. So
i'm trawling for period specialization - if any.
My thanks to those who have responded thus far. I'll extract what i
find useful (i'm not interested in servers and other jobs in the hall
for this specific issue, just those preparing foods) and pass it
along to Gianetta.
And if anyone finds info in some other languages, i'd all ears... uh,
err, this is e-mail... i mean, i'm all eyes...
