[Sca-cooks] Med/Ren Kitchen Job Titles?

Ahh, the light dawns.
The division of labor in a household is organized more for accounting
purposes than special abilities. You could run such a competition with
sauces, pastries, bread, a main dish, etc., but why not have a competition
on carving and plating fowl, preparing trenchers for the high table, or
proper service of the meal, specialties that were widely practiced in
period.
