Do you have any idea when the PPC edition will be coming out?  I just 
ordered the paperbook from David Brown Books (Oxbow), and I don't know 
that it'll be in in tme for when I need it...I'm cooking a Mid-Eastern 
feast in February, and would love to have this as a reference.
