Doh! (insert sound of palm of hand slapping forehead) I *know* that. 
My mother lived in Pittsburgh in her youth (much of her childhood was 
spent in the Beaver Valley, also in the ...west... of Pennsylvania). 
My daughter lives in that Eastern Pennsylvanian city - Philadelphia. 
And i have *no* trouble telling the cities apart. I just wrote it 
wrong.
