[Sca-cooks] Acronyms

Greetings!  I'm writing up some of the foods we had a Christ Church College
and ran into some acronyms that I haven't been able to puzzle out. 
I've figured out that V is vegetarian, GF is gluten free, D is diabetic and
ND is non-dairy.  What might NSF, SD1 and SD2 be?  Thanks for any insight!
