Not sure exactly where he lives, but Micaylah knows who I'm talking about. 
Don't think he's in French territory- he's distinctly Anglo-Canadian, 
although he's one who will cheerfully speak Canadian French to French 
Canadians, unlike many I'm sure we both know.
