The server is owned by the Kingdom of Ansteorra and is maintained by Master 
Pug, who is a knowledgeable, professional sysadmin.  Content of the 
Ansteorran website is overseen by the Ansteorran Webminister.  The 
Ansteorran hosted mailing lists (of which, SCA-Cooks is one) have 
moderators.  The Crown and Great Officers of State of Ansteorra are the 
official decision making body for all of the content on the server, although 
they seldom involve themselves.  There is always the possibility of a major 
problem, but there are mechanisms in place to replace people and secure the 
data.

If you have issue with the way things are done, you might hit 
www.ansteorra.org and talk to Pug.
