My lord -
Plan for light rain, 50's-60's.  As for eats in Seattle...OMG, where do you 
not want to go???  There's the Buenos Aires grill downtown, anything in the 
Public Market, Acorn on Holman Road north of Ballard, 13 Coins, Bonefish 
grill....just a few I can think of off hand, but lots and lots and lots of 
places to eat good food, oh yes and Wild Ginger (asian).
Enjoy your stay and eat well.
