Coffee and blood sugar Re: [Sca-cooks] Cola with sugar

Usually coffee stimulates the production of adreneline and glucagon 
producing high blood sugar.  It sounds like the rise in blood sugar may 
stimulate excessive insulin production resulting in hypoglycemia.  I don't 
know all of the mechanics of the conditon, but you might want to check it 
out.

As for getting ill, that usually happens when you develop a sensitivity to 
the oils in the bean.
