I like to refer to myself as cuisinier, like Chiquart did :) (gender notwithstanding ;))

I've also heard "steward", "head cook", "kitchener", "Chef" and "chief cook".

I personally like to use a real word whenever possible instead of a made up one like feastocrat. 
but that's me :)
