Actually, I wasn't looking for a recipe so much, as attempting to determine
the tolerances of its construction. I've always loved cheesecake, but never
made one until the other day. Having realized how simple it basicly is, I
need to figure out how much STUPH I can add to it and still have it set up.
Since I'll be making two today, one to experiment, and one for Margali to
take to work Saturday, I'll let you know how the experiment turns out.

My intention is more savory than sweet- it will be a chocolatl chip
cheesecake. Adamantius said that I could add a cup and a half to 2 cups of
STUPH, and still have it set up, and since I'm going to be pushing that limit
(and have a pretty large springform pan to use) I think I'll add an extra egg.

HAH!!! That's 9 eggs used up!!!!

The substitute mail carrier, btw, was rather bewildered the other day when
she opened the mailbox and discovered the dozen eggs I'd left and flagged for
our regular mail carrier ;-)

Phlip, Queen of the Eggs...

...and off to see what surprises the girls have for me today...
