[Sca-cooks] lamb vs. mutton

I've been striking out on Tusser and a few other sources also.  I also gave 
Pliny a quick check.  Again zip.  One of the Roman farming texts may have 
something, but I don't have them in my collection.  Guess it's keep looking.
