[Sca-cooks] OOP Quail and Pomegranate Salad recipe

To me Quail doesn't taste like chicken, I'd say more like duck only  better 
and really tender.  But everyone's tastes are different.
 
I also agree with Lainie that Cornish Game hens would be a good  substitute.
