Suspect I better add, that I drain and rinse the saurkraut, so it
isn't quite as vinegary. Basicly, it brightens up all the flavors a
bit- hocks boiled this long tend to be rather thick and glutinous, and
the greens and kraut overall lighten things up. Is actually a
surprisingly good combination, although I suspect it should be limited
to people who like ALL the ingrredients, since you can taste each
distinctly.

It's starting to look like Margali's developing a sensitivity to corn
products too- at any rate, we're pretty sure she can't do high
fructose corn syrup- haven't tried straight corn yet. Just don't do
corn products, I guess.
