yes... serious players need apply.    because dear heart 
is not fond of sauerkraut (mom ate it cold out of the tin) 
i don't have much laying around (tho he does like my 
pork/apple/sauer casserole).   not unlike vinegar or 
bitters, i guess.

we are experimenting.  popcorn is the devil, but is it the 
drying/treatment or the corn itself?   i am experiementing 
with frozen white kernels this week to see what happens. 
 and it seems coffee (my poor coffee hound) is doing 
similar things.

the more you live, the more you find out.
