[Sca-cooks] Imaginary Beverage

When i was tracking down recipes for hypocras and other 
spice-wine/fruit juice recipes (i served 3 at the "Duchesses' Ball" 
at 12th Night), i got an idea stuck in my head. I'm trying to figure 
out if such a thing exists, or if i have to invent it myself...

And that is a beverage syrup made with nutmeg, rosewater, and 
saffron, and possibly orange...

Is this only a dream, or has anyone come across a recipe for 
something like this?
