[Sca-cooks] OoP: Looking for Broccoli Recipe...

I have been leafing through several of my mundane low fat/low carb recipes 
the last couple days, and found this recipe you "might" like...

BROCCOLI WITH CREAMY LEMON SAUCE

(serves 2 ... so you will have to adapt it if you use it)

2 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
4.5 tsp reduced fat sour cream
1 Tbsp skim milk
1 to 1.5 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1-1/4 cups hot cooked broccoli florets

Combine all ingredients except broccoli in top of double boiler.  Cook over 
simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. 
Serve over hot cooked broccoli.

lemon slices and some lemon rind spirals)
