Not with smart balance, but with Earth Balance.  It bakes well, although
I have found it to add more salt to the recipe, so cut back on any
additional salt the recipe may call for.

actually, dear heart asked that i post a question to the 
list....

basted on the fact that eating oatmeal is good for 
cholesterol, would eating a splenda/smart balance oatmeal 
cookie do the same?

ergo the query....

has anyone tried to bake with smart balance rather than 
butter?  esp in cookies where the moisture factor really 
comes into play?
