Melt dark chocolate, 100 procent cacao (Porcelana beans is a variation of Criollo
beans, high quality beans) in a pan. Mix in the chocolate chili flakes or chili powder.
Use Varlhona 100 procent dark cacao if you cant find Porcelana or Criollo.
As I said, the drink was wonderful but too strong and a bit to bitter to my taste.
I added a full spoon of Moscovado sugar and the result was wonderful!
Ideal for long winter days!
And if you have some tequila you can drop a little to the chocolate! And you got a
wonderful pre-colombian Period experience!
