[Sca-cooks] Does anyone have an idea about this??

Could your recipe be 'panada' with a 'P' ? That's a sort of caudle or 
posset. Alternate spelling 'panado'.

Not all recipes for it call for egg yolks, but it sounds like what 
you've got. It would help to see the whole thing.
