a medieval cake call beer cake.
Spiced apple/currant tarts and pasties?
Bashed nips and carrots.
A vinegar and herb slaw that included shaved(?) turnips in it. (not sure if
period)
Rice pudding
bread pudding (but I am not sure it is German or within period.
