[Sca-cooks] Prince Biscuit alts?

Has anyone tried making Prince Biscuit with the Splenda baking mix? I went on a cupboard cleaning binge and was thinking about this earlier in the week when I found the bag of Splenda/sugar mix. With as much structure as sugar gives to most baked goods and seemingly little structure required for Prince Biscuit, I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet.
