[Sca-cooks] Brining Containers

Brining large pieces of meat "could" be done in a cooler, perhaps??  I did 
my 12-pound turkey at Christmas this year in an old round 5-gallon water 
cooler, so perhaps an older regular cooler would work for your ham??
