[Sca-cooks] Depth of knowledge

It never ceases to amaze me the breadth and width of knowledge and 
skills you find within the SCA. My non-SCA friends tend to think 
of us as hippie/artists/gamers...then I start telling about the 
real jobs and education my SCA friends have...they are shocked!
