we have a "tucano's" in downtown albq and you can fill up
on the salad bar and nothing else, but man those slabs of
meat are good. grilled chicken hearts... oh, mama!

there are wonderful red beans, stews, stroganoff, pastas
on the hot side, and the salad side has mini-mozarella
balls and all kinds of cool things. yes, virginia, you
can make a good $12 salad bar meal and fill all of the
little nooks and crannies.

however, tonight connor and i found 'sweet tomatoes'
buffet and are in love. sugar free chocolate mousse on
the miminal dessert side. seems like they try to be a
healthy salad/soup/potato/pasta restaurant. green chili
ranch dressing.. oooooooooooo!!
