[Sca-cooks] Any good Lamb recipes?

We probably won't know for sure until Coronation Day, in which case it's too
late.  Better safe than sorry.

I really like the lamb with garlic and ginger, basted with red wine.  That's
something that Jared and I invented years ago, for one of YOUR Twelfth
Nights I believe, and it so successful [even amongst confirmed lamb-haters]
then that we kept it and passed the information around.  This is one of the
exceptions to the rule of "don't cook with wine you would not drink".  Nasty
cheap red wine has a purpose here;  the acid content cuts the fattiness of
the lamb and tenderizes the meat right well.  And KEEP BASTING regularly.
