I'm assuming that includes a rise or two, so that's not much help, I'm
afraid.
I use mine all the time, but never noticed the time! It includes the first
kneading, one rising and a second kneading, at which time you take the dough
out to shape it and bake it in a conventional oven. Hope this helps!
