[Sca-cooks] Food rolls and wraps

my mother (1st generation born in america hungarian) would 
make something she called polichinta (phoenetic) which 
involved a crepe with filling of cottage cheese, egg yolk, 
raisins and sugar.  she would often layer them in a baking 
dish and serve it like a bread pudding-y thing.  other 
times she would 'dig them out' indiviually and serve them 
with a thin vanilla pudding.

one of the many hungarian 'recipes' i inherited through 
watching. ;)
