[Sca-cooks] help for 1250 French/Greek

It is given in Scully as the 'VAL' version (Sion is in the canton of
Valais), so there is in fact a readily available transcription.
Scully does not provide a translation.

It was also available in photo-facsimile in Pichon & Vicaire's
original 1892 edition; and in transcription by Aebischer in 1953.
