[Sca-cooks] period crab recipes

so dungeness is like blue crab? cuz to me, dungeness is what crab SHOULD be (being local to here and 
all....ah....summer spent floating aimlessly on the boat in the bay, cracking crabs and tossing shells into the 
water...)
