[Sca-cooks] Pickles from Ein Boke de Guter Spise

I made beets and cucumbers and cabbage, altering the balance of the 
spicing so they wouldn't all taste the same. Hmmm, maybe i used a 
different beet recipe, since the beets had horseradish in them.

Anyway, i like beets, feel enh about cabbage (although i LOVE a 
really sour sauerkraut), and don't like cucumbers, although the 
current batch waiting for me to drag them to the event tomorrow - ok, 
i was trying to leave today, but, well, i had a lot of cooking to do 
- any way that batch came out really well. It's from al-Baghdadi and 
mixes salt and vinegar and included mint.
