I get mine from the huge ethnic market next door. Since they have
so many ethnic foods I'm not even sure which type it would be. I
would think Arabic or Indian. I've even seen the syrup in British
food sections.  It's where I get my rose syrup for liqueurs and
used a lot of them in my 12th Night Feast last year.
