I found it in the fresh produce section at Whole Foods, in the little flat plastic boxes that the fresh herbs come in. I store mine in the freezer. Now that it's mentioned, I don't remember it being anything special. I'll have to find a recipe that uses it and cook, to see if it makes a difference. Margaret FitzWilliam
